From the event website:

This is a 5km run or walk, suitable for most people. It starts at Azelia Ley Homestead with a lap around the lake. Then up the 160 steps of the Manning Stairs. From the top you get a magnificent view of the ocean. This is followed by a descent into the bush tracks. There are some steep sections and loose gravel. The tracks circle back to Azelia Ley and the race will finish with a lap around the lake.

Families and people with disabilities can choose to walk or jog four times around the lake covering a similar distance to the Trail Run.”
